POLICIES

We want all of our clients to leave happy with their services. If an issue arises, please contact your stylist directly within 24 hours. Each stylist is self employed, and not an employee of Studio 233.

1. CANCELLATIONS
If you  need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your stylist at least 24 hours in advance. At the discretion of each stylist, failure to give 24 hours notice may result in a fee or required deposit for future bookings. 

2. SERVICE COSTS
All of our stylists and technicians at Studio 233 are self employed and rent their spaces within the salon.  Therefore, all prices and extra charges are solely at the discretion of each stylist or technician.


3. CHILDREN
Children are more than welcome in the salon, however children cannot be left unattended at any time and must be accompanied by an adult. 

4. RETAIL
All retail items are final sale. Warranty on tools such as hair straighteners are done through the manufacturer.
